Manual
Prepare an infusion decoction. Boil 1 tablespoon of Herbier de France Bruyère for 3 to 4 minutes, for a cup of 150 to 200 ml. Then infuse for 5 minutes.
Drink 1 to 4 cups per day, between meals.
