How to prepare Betsara organic Ravintsara tea?

1. Heat water to approximately 80°C (boiling water is not recommended).
2. Pour the water over 1 tea bag in a cup.
3. Cover and let steep for 6 to 8 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bag and enjoy plain or with lemon, honey, or ginger.

Frequency: 1 to 3 cups per day, for a course of 5 to 10 days maximum.
