100% Organic Lavender flowers.
Directions for Use
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour boiling water over the flowers and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes (depending on taste).
Drink 1 to 3 infusions per day and in the evening.
Can be consumed as a course of treatment or continuously throughout the year.
