How to use Shilajit?
Use
Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with a glass of water, during meals.

For 6 capsules: 2160 mg of shilajit standardized to 20% fulvic acid, acacia fiber* 60 mg, magnesium stearate 60 mg, vegetable capsule (hypromellose).
