How to use Organic Green Anise to infuse from Altho?

Prepare an infusion decoction. Boil 1 teaspoon of green anise seeds for 2 minutes for a 150 ml cup. Then infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.

Drink 1 to 3 cups per day, after meals

To stimulate milk flow, combine fennel seeds in the same quantity, and drink 5 to 6 cups per day
