glucosamine hydrochloride (crustacean) titrated at 98%, marine chondroitin sulfate (fish, mollusc) titrated at 90%, tunic: pullulan gelling agent, extract of nettle leaves (Urtica dioica) 10/1, extract of turmeric rhizomes ( Curcuma longa) 20/1 titrated at 95% curcuminoids and 70% curcumins, vitamin C, manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, anti-caking agents: talc and magnesium stearate.

Daily portion (5 capsules):

Glucosamine hydrochloride 1200 mg including glucosamine 978 mg

Chondroitin sulfate 945 mg

Nettle 300 mg

Turmeric 150 mg

Vitamin C 60 mg or 75% of the RDA
