Why use ash buds?

Herbes et Traditions' Organic Ash Buds are a dietary supplement in the form of a glycerine macerate of Fraxinus excelsior L. buds, commonly known as common ash. This macerate is obtained by macerating fresh buds in a mixture of glycerine and water, allowing the extraction of their natural active principles.

Properties

Herbes et Traditions' Organic Ash Buds are traditionally used to:

• Promote renal and urinary elimination: Ash is known for its diuretic and depurative properties, which can help eliminate toxins from the body by increasing urine production. This can be useful for people suffering from kidney problems, gout, or arthritis.
• Relieve joint pain: Ash also has anti-inflammatory properties that can help relieve joint and muscle pain, such as those caused by arthritis or rheumatism.

How to use ash buds?

ORAL USE

Usage: Dietary supplement.
Dosage for an adult: 

The buds are used orally: 

• For an adult: 10 to 15 drops per day
• For a child: 5 to 8 drops per day
• For pets (dogs and cats): 1 drop per 5kg slice

The drops should be taken diluted in half a glass of water, fifteen minutes before meals. A 50ml bottle corresponds to a treatment of approximately 8 weeks. As a dietary supplement, they do not replace a healthy and varied diet.
