Why use Capilea for hair and nails?

How to take Capiléa hair and nail fortifying capsules?
Dosage : Take 2 capsules per day for 1 month. Before one or two meals, morning and evening for example. Repeat regularly if necessary.
Composition : sunflower seed oil (Helianthus annuus l.), fish gelatin, virgin argan seed oil (Argania spinosa), nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica L.), firming agent: glycerol (E422), keratin, zinc bisglycinate, L-methionine, Thickener: yellow beeswax (E901), corn starch, L-cystine, calcium D-pantothenate, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin (E322), pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6 hydrochloride), folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), D-biotin.
