How to use Plant-based iron complex?

Dosage:

Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, away from meals

Avoid tea, coffee, and dairy products during intake, as they stop iron absorption.

Store in a cool, dry place. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

Do not exceed the recommended dose, keep out of reach of children
