How to use Guayapi's 65g Guarana Warana powder?

Instructions for use: 1 small teaspoon of powder to mix in a cold drink, in a compote, yogurt, or food. Occasionally before effort or daily for periods of 1 to 3 weeks.

At a rate of one teaspoon per day, this 65g box of powder lasts 1 and a half months.
