Before shampooing:

• Wet hair
• Apply the oil to the lengths and ends
• Leave on for at least 20 minutes (all night for very damaged hair)
• Wash twice

Scalp care:

• Wet the scalp
• Massage with oil
• Leave on for 20 minutes (overnight if scalp is irritated)
• Wash twice

After shampooing:

• Apply a small amount to the ends
• No rinsing required
• Can be used on damp or dry hair
