Why use organic Konjac powder?

Konjac, to moderate appetite and limit calorie intake

A plant from the Araceae family, Konjac has roots containing fibers called Glucomannan. These soluble fibers absorb 17 times their volume in water; they have strong hygroscopic, gelling, and thickening properties.

Hygroscopic property: the fibers increase in volume in the presence of water in the stomach, which promotes satiety through a volumetric effect.

Gelling, thickening property: in the presence of water, the fibers form a gel, a true "calorie trap" that reduces the absorption of fats and sugars.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, taken with 1 to 2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.

How to use Vecteur Santé Konjac powder?

Take one-third of a teaspoon (1.1g) diluted in a large glass of water before the 3 main meals.

Shake vigorously and drink immediately. Consume with plenty of liquid to ensure the konjac reaches the stomach.
