Kokolo is a spread made from hazelnuts and shredded coconut.

It is sweetened with whole cane sugar, a strong-flavored and non-acidifying sugar.

How to use Kokolo spread?

Use on toast or in pastries, dilute to make a chocolate sauce, particularly delicious on cooked fruits such as pears.
