How to use the organic gluten-free chocolate cake mix?

Instructions for use:

To make a gluten-free chocolate cake (approx. 8 servings):
You will need the following ingredients: 60 ml milk or plant-based drink, 90 g butter or margarine, 3 whole eggs.

Preparation:
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C. Pour the mix into a bowl and add the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
2) Whisk by hand or with an electric mixer for a few minutes until the mixture becomes light and frothy.
3) Pour into a greased mold and bake for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven.

Variation into gluten-free cookies (approx. 25 cookies):
You will need the following ingredients: 60g butter (or margarine), 1 whole egg

Preparation:
1) Preheat your oven to 180°C. Pour the mix into a bowl and add the melted butter and egg.
2) Knead by hand, then form small balls the size of a walnut; place them on a
baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them to about 5 cm in diameter and 0.5 cm thick (space them 2 cm apart).
3) Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
4) Let cool before peeling off. If desired, add 20 g of chocolate chips.
