How to use STC Nutrition's Pure whey proteins?

Directions for use: Mix 25g (2 scoops) in 250ml of water, skimmed milk or any other drink of your choice. Consume once a day, 30 minutes before or after your sports session, or at any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
