Preparation for carbohydrate recovery drink enriched with protein, exotic fruit flavor.
Objective: To help the body replenish energy reserves, eliminate toxins, neutralize free radicals, maintain acid-base and electrolyte (mineral) balance, and reduce fatigue, for optimal recovery.
Specially formulated with:
- Fast and progressive absorption carbohydrates (dextrose + maltodextrins);
- Whey protein hydrolysate containing BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids);
- Rich in Magnesium, which helps reduce fatigue, contributes to muscle function and electrolyte balance;
- Rich in Copper and Manganese, which help protect cells from oxidative stress.

How to use Recup Max, recovery drink, 525g from STC?
Directions for use: Dilute 3 level scoops (40 g) in 500 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved, then consume in small sips as soon as possible after exercise.
Recommendations: Keep out of reach of children, away from heat and humidity. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended doses. To be used as part of a varied and balanced diet, to meet the needs of muscle exertion. Best consumed before the date indicated on the box.
