Composition

Preparation and storage

Traditional: 2-3g in 7cl of water at 70-80°C, whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) in a Z-motion until creamy foam forms. Latte: whisk with hot plant-based milk. Ideal in the morning or early afternoon. Keep airtight in a dry place away from light. 40g tin.
