Description of Pure Mother-of-Pearl 500mg.
Vit'all+ Pure Mother-of-Pearl is naturally produced by a species of very high quality pearl oyster, the Pinctada maxima from sustainable farming in the Indian Ocean. Mother-of-pearl, which covers the inner part of the oyster shell with iridescent reflections, is a co-product of pearl farming.
Mother-of-pearl is an organo-mineral complex. It is naturally rich in calcium carbonate, also called marine aragonite. It contains 17 amino acids (mainly glycine and alanine), minerals and trace elements. Due to this composition and its osteogenic structure, it is highly assimilable by the body.
Calcium is necessary for the maintenance of normal bones, healthy teeth, and proper muscle and nerve function. It plays a role in the processes of cell division and specialization.
