Melatonin contributes to a reduction of time taken to fall asleep (authorized EFSA claim). The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 0.5 mg to 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed. This claim applies to the dose of melatonin contained in this product (0.5 mg per dose).
