How to use Crushed Green Clay?
Pour into a bowl, cover with spring water (2cm above the clay). Let absorb for 2 hours. Mix until smooth. Apply as a plaster (1-2cm thick) or a poultice (place on a cloth, fold, and apply). Leave on for 1 to 2 hours. Rinse with lukewarm water. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
