How to use Green Clay Bandages?

1. Cut the bandage to the desired length, using at least 3 layers. 2. Submerge in cold or lukewarm water until thoroughly soaked. 3. Apply to the area and leave on for 1 hour or more. Repeat 2 to 3 times/day. For maximum effectiveness: keep moist by pouring a little water on it. Do not use plastic film to allow the clay to breathe.
