What are Vit'all+ MenaQ7® K2 and D3 Vitamins?

Vitamins K2 and D3 are two fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of Calcium. Vitamin K2 is involved in the activation of osteocalcin, a bone protein. Vit'all+ Vitamin K2 is in the form of MenaQ7®, the patented menaquinone-7 derived from fermentation by Bacillus subtilis natto. The Vitamin D3 is plant-based, extracted from lichen. How to use Vit'all+ MenaQ7® K2 and D3 Vitamins?

1 to 2 capsules per day with a meal (preferably with a meal containing fats, as these vitamins are fat-soluble). Store between 15°C and 25°C, in a dry place away from light.
