DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Place the seaweed bag under the faucet and run the hot water for a few moments. Fill the bathtub to 37°C. When the bathtub is almost full, add the contents of the bottle of essential oils.

Massage your body with the pouch, paying particular attention to joints, cellulite areas and painful areas.

Get into the habit of taking Alg-Essences treatments in spring and autumn, at a rate of 3 baths per week.
