What is Altho Organic Hops?

A traditional medicinal plant with thousands of years of history. Hops are recognized for their mild sedative and soothing properties. They are traditionally used to promote sleep and relieve nervous tension.

How to use Organic Hops?

Prepare an infusion: 1 teaspoon of cones per 150 ml of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes. Drink 1 cup in the evening before bedtime.
