Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), also known as "Hong Jing Tian" in the Chinese tradition, is a succulent plant with yellow flowers; only the root is used in herbal medicine. It is classified as an "adaptogenic" plant in Siberian and Chinese traditions. The standardized Rhodio Vital® extract ensures dosage stability with a 5:1 concentration ratio.
