What is Vit'all+ AHCC®?

AHCC® (Active Hexose Correlated Compound) is a patented extract of Shiitake mycelium (Lentinus edodes), obtained through a long-term liquid fermentation process. The alpha-1,4-glucans in AHCC® are produced by enzymatic hydrolysis during the fermentation of the mycelium and have a low molecular weight (less than 5 kDa). They differ from conventional beta-glucans, which have a higher molecular weight.
