What is the French Mush Maitake Oyster Mushroom Duo?

This duo combines two mushrooms organically grown in France by French Mush. Maitake (Grifola frondosa), the "dancing mushroom" of Japanese tradition, is a polypore found in the hardwood forests of East Asia. The Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one of the most cultivated edible mushrooms in Europe. They are presented here in vegetable capsules.
