The griffonia, Griffonia simplicifolia, has a high content of 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) which is a precursor of serotonin, one of the main neuromodulators of the central nervous system. Serotonin also helps synthesize melatonin, also called the sleep hormone. Griffonia thus improves brain activity. Valerian, Valeriana officinalis, and lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, promote relaxation, falling asleep and quality of sleep. Magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to normal psychological functions. Black pepper, Piper nigrum, contains piperine which promotes the bioavailability of several molecules in the body through its role as a catalyst.

How to use Dormity herbal complex for sleep?

Dosage:

2 to 4 capsules per day with a glass of water half an hour before going to bed.
