How to use Dr. Valnet's Alg-essences?

Place the seaweed pouch under the tap and run hot water. Fill the bathtub to 37°C. Add the contents of the essential oil vial. Massage your body with the pouch, focusing on joints and cellulite-prone or painful areas. Recommended as a spring and autumn cure, 3 baths per week. Not recommended for those with hyperthyroidism or iodine allergies.
