Directions for use:

• Black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa root - ES 2.5% triterpene glycosides): 100 mg
• Chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus – ES seed with 0.5% agnusides): 200 mg
• alfalfa (medicago sativa l - leaf): 50 mg
• Made with: Di-calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose, stearic acid, HPMC, magnesium stearate, silica, orange vegetable coating.
