How to use Crushed Green Clay?

External use

Preparation of the paste: Pour the necessary amount of crushed green clay into a large bowl, then cover with spring or sea water (2 cm above the pieces). Allow the clay time to absorb the water for 2 hours. Mix to obtain a smooth paste, then apply and leave on for 1 to 2 hours, or even overnight, provided you cover it with plastic wrap to maintain its initial moisture.

Preparation of a poultice: Place 2 cm of green clay paste on a thin cloth. Fold the 4 corners. Apply this poultice directly to the desired area. Secure with a bandage.
