Dr. Valnet Bath Base: what is it?
Dr. Valnet's bath base allows you to create your own essential oil formulas. Non-foaming and highly moisturizing, derived from natural vegetable castor oil, it disperses EOs in your bathwater.
Some bath ideas
Relaxing bath: into 15-20 ml of base, pour 5 drops of marjoram EO + 10 drops of bergamot + 10 drops of petitgrain bigarade.
Expectorant bath: 5 drops of thyme thymol EO + 10 drops of turpentine + 10 drops of eucalyptus radiata.
Circulation toning bath: 5 drops of cypress + 10 drops of Provence rosemary + 10 drops of lemon.
Skin bath: 10 drops of palmarosa + 5 drops of ylang-ylang + 5 drops of helichrysum.
Usage tips
Pour 15 to 20 drops of EO into 15-20 ml of base, shake. Add to the bathtub filled at 37°C. Stay in for 10-15 minutes.
