How to use Tropical Basil essential oil?

Oral route: possible on the advice of a specialist doctor
On the skin: preferably diluted.
Stress: Pure or diluted, at a rate of 4 drops per 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, massaged into the solar plexus, stomach, lower abdomen, and lumbar region, depending on the problem. For hiccups, apply a small amount to the tongue.
Digestion: 2 to 3 drops briefly massaged into the stomach and liver.

Please note: Very similar to tarragon essential oil (Artemisia dracunculus), tropical basil essential oil is, however, less rich in the active ingredient methylchiavicol. This gives tarragon essential oil a much greater effectiveness in treating hay fever, for example, or internal nervous spasms.
