How to use this essential oil?

Diffusion: 4 to 6 drops in a diffuser. 20 to 30 minutes. Can be diffused alone or with lavender, bergamot, or lemon.

Skin application: dilute 2 to 3 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. For children over 3 years old: 1 drop in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, on the soles of the feet only.

Inhalation: 2 drops on a tissue.

Bath: 5 drops diluted in a neutral base.
