Vitamin B9 (folate) contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, normal blood formation, and normal cell division (validated EFSA claims). Vitamin B9 Quatrefolic® is the bioactive form of folate (5-MTHF), directly usable by the body without prior enzymatic conversion.
