Its formula provides, per 6 g of powder, a complete spectrum of essential minerals in highly bioavailable citrate forms: 600 mg of Potassium (via magnesium-potassium citrate), 180 mg of Calcium (via calcium citrate), 152 mg of total Magnesium (92 mg + 60 mg via two distinct forms), and 300 mg of Sodium (via sodium bicarbonate).
