What is Vit'all+ NADH?

NADH (reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is the reduced form of NAD+, the central coenzyme of cellular energy metabolism. It is also referred to as reduced Co-enzyme Q1. NADH is naturally produced in the mitochondria during glycolysis and the Krebs cycle, where it acts as an electron carrier in the respiratory chain to produce ATP. In the oxidative phosphorylation chain (complexes I to IV), NADH donates its electrons to complex I (NADH dehydrogenase), initiating the cascade that produces ATP.
