Its application is simple but often requires preparation.

Green clay - or other colors - can be used in multiple circumstances:

- After a fall, trauma, blow, for pain, rheumatism, after sustained effort, a long walk (it relieves feet), tendonitis, a sprain, a strain, during rehabilitation, for back pain, gum pain, certain dermatoses, acne pimples, impure skin..

How to use the green clay tube?

Instructions for use

Apply the clay in more or less thick layers to the areas of the body to be treated. It can be applied in the mouth, especially on the gums.

Poultice: apply the clay directly to the skin in a layer 1 to 2 cm thick, leave on for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours.

Compress: place the clay paste 2 cm thick in the center of the cloth, fold the 4 corners of the cloth and apply directly to the desired area.

In both cases, remove as much clay as possible and rinse with lukewarm water. Do not let the clay dry.

Mask: apply a thick layer, leave on for 10 minutes. Do not let the clay dry. Rinse with lukewarm water. Wipe your skin. Apply Argiletz® moisturizing cream*. For fragile, thin, dry skin, prefer a gentler clay and add a vegetable oil to the mask.
